There is a memorial tablet inside the church but it does not list any names.
Building of the Sunday School Hall at Farrar Street Church was begun in June 1933 and the contractor was George W Tock, father of Harry Tock, remembered on this inscribed stone.
The first few stones remembering contributors to the scheme were laid in a ceremony reported by the Barnsley Chronicle on 17 June 1933.

He is also remembered on his parents' gravestone in Barnsley Cemetery.
Harry is buried in Romeries Communal Cemetery Extension in France, and commemorated on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.
