There is a memorial tablet inside the church but it does not list any names.  

Building of the Sunday School Hall at Farrar Street Church was begun in June 1933 and the contractor was George W Tock, father of Harry Tock, remembered on this inscribed stone.  

The first few stones remembering contributors to the scheme were laid in a ceremony reported by the Barnsley Chronicle on 17 June 1933.

He is also remembered on his parents' gravestone in Barnsley Cemetery.


Harry is buried in Romeries Communal Cemetery Extension in France, and commemorated on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.

There is a memorial tablet inside the church but it does not list any names.  Down the side of the church hall are various inscribed stones, at least two commemorate men who fell in the First World War.  A newspaper cutting from 1933 reporting the laying of some of the foundation stones can be read on a post relating to another man commemorated here.

He is also remembered on the
Barnsley, St Mary's Church, Combined Memorial  and on the Barnsley British Co-Operative Society Memorial, Co-Op Funeralcare, Huddersfield Road and on the Barnsley British Co-Operative Society, WW1 Roll of Honour, Co-Op Funeralcare, Huddersfield Road 
 
He is buried in the Bard Cottage Cemetery in Belgium and commemorated on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.
